Current housemates are an ex-academic now working as a consultant, a developer working at Stitch Fix, a postdoc working at SLAC, and a shy but friendly cat. The vibe of the house is that we are all friendly but busy individuals with independent lives. It's a quiet, respectful house with the expectation that common areas are kept very tidy and clean. We're looking for someone that is kind and who also appreciates and independently contributes to clean common areas and a calm atmosphere. Put another way: we all make messes as we live our lives and if you’re not cleaning up well after yourself you are asking the rest of us to deal with it - which is not going to work here. If that sounds like a relief you could be a fit.
First and last month's rent + $500 security deposit reserves the room.

Internet and utilities are $80-175/month additional per person.
