Average rent is extremely low at ~$1,375 per person ($5,500 per house). The houses are a 12-15 minute drive to Stanford campus or a 20-30 minute bike ride. Each room comes fully furnished (tables, sofas, kitchenware, mattresses, beds, etc) for an additional fee. You will get this fee back when you pass the house down to new tenants, and you therefore don't have to worry about moving anything! Happy to discuss the furnishing fee if it's unclear how it works - we're flexible to meet whatever you need.
