We're looking for someone to move in and fill the studio room start date is July-20-2022.

I am a visiting scholar, my project is ending and I will leave before the end of the rent contract.

About the studio room:
The room is spacious with ample storage, and three large windows that let in lots of sunlight and look out onto the interior courtyard below. The area of the room is about 400 square feet and the room shape is a square. It is very comfortable for 1 person and just fitting for 2 persons. You will have a bathroom (complete with toilet and a shower) and a simple kitchen (small refrigerator, hot water kettle, microwave, and small oven). There has furniture, including a dining table, two work desks, and a coffee table. If you have a bike, there has space for it.

About the environment:
The location is very close to the Stanford campus (5 mins walking), Safeway (10 mins walking), and Starbucks (10 mins walking). 280 road is very close to the house. You can easily go to San Francisco or another place if you have a car.

About landlord:
You’ll be living with family (a parent and two kids). They are friendly and kind. The kids' smiles will melt your heart.
