This is a three-floor house on Arbor Road, Menlo Park that is only 3 miles (~10 min drive) from the Stanford campus and is within walk distance to Menlo Park downtown, markets, and the Allied Arts Guild.
The first floor has an indoor garage, a laundry room, two storage rooms, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. The driveway has room for two cars to park. Cars could also be parked along the street. The two bedrooms face a beautiful, quiet little backyard. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are located on the second floor. There are two sunny patios outside both the kitchen and the living room. The third floor has a bedroom, a bathroom, and a small study room. Spaces in the house are interconnected. Wide windows and a skylight allow plenty of sunlight to come in throughout the daytime.
The house is well-furnished. One bedroom has a new king-size and the other has a queen-sized bed. Both have cabinets and spacious wardrobes. Gas stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator are all provided in the kitchen.
Another Stanford student stays on the third floor occasionally. She might come only on weekends and during vacations. The house and neighborhood are really quiet. It is a great option for two friends or a couple looking for an independent and beautiful space to live in.
The rent price is $3800 per month (2b1b). We look for renters who consider staying for a long term. Renters will need to pay for water, electricity, gas, and WiFi. Renters can move in on Aug 21st. Pets and smoking are prohibited in the house and visitors are not allowed to stay overnight. Subletting the hose must be approved by the landlord.
