Background on the house: We bought this house in mid 2017 and had lived in it until a few months ago. After we bought the house, we have replaced carpet to hardwood floor, installed new HVAC, water heater, upgraded the bathroom. We also bought new refrigerator, washer/dryer in 2017, and installed new gas cooktop and ventilation in 2019. It is now on a three month lease, and current tenants will leave at the end of August 2022. New lease can start after 09/01/2022.

We prefer long term lease, for example 12 months. Longer terms such as 18 month or 24 month lease are welcome.
