The rental cost would be approximately half rent $2050/month and utilities will be shared equally. You need to be approved on the lease.
Move in date – July 28 or later

What I’m looking for:
Female, age 20+ preferably Indian origin
Clean habits and COVID appropriate safeguard (Mask and 6-foot distancing)
Non-smoking
No pets
I have furnished the living room with brand new leather sofa, accent chairs, TV stand and 55 inch TV.
I have already taken internet connection and the kitchen is functional.
