About the house:
The house is in the perfect location. One block from University Ave and a 5 minute cycle to Stanford, 5 minute cycle to Trader Joes and Whole Foods. It has a garden (3 palm trees, orange tree), a big kitchen, huge living room, dining room, two social areas and there are office set-ups all throughout the house. We also have off-street carport parking. The house is completely furnished so no worries about logistics! But you can also bring your own stuff if you'd like! We also have a huge basement if you want to store things

About the room:
The room is $1365 (rent) + $160 (utilities. This includes everything, even wifi). The room is cozy and fits a large queen bed and a dresser. You'll have a downstairs office space and large bathroom with a beautiful historic bathtub that you will share with just one other person.
