I am a 23F working as a research scientist in Redwood City. I am looking for a roommate (any gender) to sign a lease with for an apartment complex in the city. The cost for the place is ~$2.7k total, so around $1350 per person.

• recent graduate from the east coast
• easygoing and very clean
• no pets, don't smoke/throw big parties
• works 5x/week in the office
• have always had great relationships with previous roommates
