Part of a very well-maintained 3-storey 2014 townhome, our Guest Suite is private (with its own entrance through an attd. courtyard) and has a comfortable full-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The Suite is on the bottom floor, with our living space on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and so, you're guaranteed ample privacy! The room overlooks a quiet, low-traffic, and safe residential street.

-Minimum 6-month lease with a refundable Security Deposit of $2,500.00 due upon signing of lease. (Security Deposit refund will factor in any charges, damages, or incidentals that are the responsibility of the Guest.)
