Plenty of street parking (permit and free)
Close walk to great restaurants, parks, tennis courts, coffee shops, etc.
Close drive to Mission Bay Chase Center/Oracle Park, etc.
In-house laundry, garage gym
Beautiful (!) views of the Bay

Rent for the rooms is between $1300-$1600. Utilities come out to ~$100/month. Looking for 2 long-term tenants to renew the lease (At least 1 year) in September. Move-in date would be from September 1, 2022.

House is currently 2 recent(ish) college grads (both male, Stanford grads). We are chill, laid-back people who like watching shows together and eating dinner in the living room, but also enjoy our own private spaces. Looking for 2 more roommates, house is 4 in total.
