Beautiful room, amazing location right next to Precita Park. Lots of natural light and 10-15 min. bike to 22nd St. Caltrain.
3 male roommates, 1 shared bathroom. House and common spaces kept very clean and orderly. Only subletting because will be traveling short term. I have found it to be a great deal for the spot, so will be prioritizing individuals who will be respectful of the space and items left in the room, have minimal items they are moving with, and will be a great housemate to my friends :)

There is a degree of flexibility with dates on both ends if it is the right fit in other senses. Feel free to be in touch!
