Fully furnished bedroom in 2bed 1bath efficiency apartment (no living space) in Stanford campus (EV neighborhood) with:

1. Study desk and table
2. Twin XL bed, mattress, and nightstand
3. Single sofa
4. Bookshelf, dresser
5. Other personal items available for use: Multiple lamps, ornamental shelf, foldable treadmill, portable fan, linens, pillows and cushions
6. All essential kitchen appliances (microwave, toaster, kettle, filter) and crockery/utensils.

Tons of storage space available.

The rent is $1100 per month plus a deposit of $500.
Cleaning/damage fee: If the room is left with excessive filth, a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.
NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed in the apartment, $100 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found or reported.

Basically, I'm looking for someone to take care of my home while I'm gone. Ideally someone looking for shared housing for the entire fall quarter+winter break. Email for pictures!
