We are looking for new preferably female (or young couple) roommate in our beautiful apartment in Menlo Park - and are offering an unfurnished bedroom with a private bathroom in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment for ~$1750.

Apt details & amenities..
The cost for the entire apt is $3800. You would be responsible for paying $1700. Utilities are paid by the owner except electricity & internet, which would be divided equally among all of us. Since utilities vary month to month, the addition of utilities may change. We are estimating ~$1750. There is an unused covered garage parking space available with a small storage space if you have a bike.There is tons of storage in the kitchen as well as a few closets throughout the apt. In the kitchen there is an oven, garbage disposal, dishwasher, instant pot, rice cooker. This apt also comes with an in unit washer/dryer. The living room is fully furnished with a sectional, couch, chair, TV with subscriptions, & Nintendo Switch.There is a cute and spacious balcony off the living room with lots of room for plants.

Who we're looking for...
An individual or young couple who is interested in making friends outside of work. Eagerness for hanging out, sharing culture, and a few shared meals. We're looking for someone who is clean, respectful, & friendly who can sign a year long (negotiable) lease starting anytime in the upcoming months.

Who we are...
We are a couple (F23, American, Midwest born & raised // M24, Yemen&Hungary UWC Alumn!).
We have hybrid (remote/in office) jobs on Stanford's main campus & Redwood City campus. We love having great conversations, playing games, and exploring the bay area on the weekends! We try to cook every night - and have been into Middle Eastern cuisine as of late. We occasionally have guests over for dinner or an overnight. We are looking for someone who is interested in this set up :).

Location...
This location is a 14 minute bike ride to Stanford, and 20 minute bike ride to the RWC Stanford campus. Only a 5 minute bike ride to Downtown Menlo Park, 15 minute bike ride to Downtown Palo Alto, and a 5 minute walk to the Menlo Park Caltrain. We live in a convenient area that is beautiful & extremely safe.
