I currently live in a 3bd/3ba condo at a high rise apartment complex close to downtown palo alto: address is 101 Alma St Two of the bedrooms will be available for sublet or rent starting 9/20/22.

The rent is $1850/month which includes a 1bed/bath to yourself, (the room comes furnished with a bed), water/garbage costs. Internet is an additional $17/month for 1gb internet and utilities is usually $20-25/month.

The apartment is a very safe condo, with a 24/7 security guard front desk, pool, and gym.
