I am looking for a female roommate for a 2bedroom/1bath I just toured in Evergreen park .7 miles (15 min walk) from the Stanford campus.

I am an incoming researcher at Stanford (don't have my Stanford email yet, but can provide other proof of affiliation/linkedin), and a recent uchicago grad. I'm fairly social and laidback, and looking for someone women-identifying who is clean/considerate, and would be interested in signing a lease for the next year (starting asap). I'm generally quite quiet and considerate, but do like occasionally having friends over/small social gatherings/game nights.
