Hello! We are looking for a new roommate to fill a private room in our beautiful, spacious Pacifica home. The room is average-sized with a normal closet, space for a desk and/or dresser, and receives ample sunlight throughout the day. The bathroom is shared with one other female.

We are young professionals in our late 20's and early 30's - all generally busy with activities and work. Two of our tenants work from home 2-3 days per week. There are two other rooms near the open room, plus an in-law unit attached to a different part of the house, for a total of 4 other roommates. The kitchen and common areas are shared by all of the tenants.

The house is a wonderful space that we all really enjoy. It has a large backyard, deck, garage, common living spaces (two big living rooms), and kitchen. There is plenty of parking (free and safe) and a new washer/dryer onsite.

We love the surrounding area with all the access to beaches and hikes, plus the easy commute or Uber to the city, South Bay, and airport. The house is also walking distance to Linda Mar/Rockaway beach, coffee shops, restaurants, etc.

Rent is $1150 a month with basic utilities (wifi, recology, & water), which are split with the house and fairly inexpensive (around $140 a month or less each). A female roommate is preferred. Sorry, we are not allowed to have pets.
