The room is available November 1st on a 1 year lease with the possibility to extend. It's 12’ x 15’ with a built-in closet and comfortably fits a queen size bed, dresser, desk, and other storage. Two windows in the room, one facing the sunrise in the morning. Your room will be sharing a large double sink vanity bathroom with 2 other housemates.
Rent is $1100/month and utilities usually run about $125-$200/month per person.
Deposit (security + last month) is $2300.
