Hi I'm looking for someone to take over my lease as I will be moving to SoCal for work. I live on the beautiful Ventura Ave apartments in a 3 bed/2bath unit and share it with two other super cool roomates who are never home. The complex has a nice pool that is always clean and available. My room is big and has 2 closets , plenty of room to store away ur stuff. It's only 15-20 min bike ride to campus. The lease runs till June 30th , with the option to renew at the end if you wish.
