Hey Everyone,

We have this wonderful furnished room available in Professorville area in a shared home. The house is close to
downtown Palo Alto, Town and Country, and Stanford Campus (easy biking or walking).

The room comes furnished (some furniture / decor needs to be taken over, costs around 400$) and the room comes with a bathroom which you share with one other person. Rent includes utilities except ~$10/month internet and ~$10/month shared supplies. The room will be available from December 22nd onward but can be held for a bit longer with a deposit.

We're a house of mostly Stanford-affiliated folks: graduate students, post-docs, visiting researchers, and recent alumni. Of course, we're also open to those working in and around the area as well. We're very social, and we enjoy hiking, cooking "family" meals, drinks out (and in), trips to Tahoe, movie nights, board games, sports, etc. If you enjoy something, chances are there's someone here who wants to do it as well.

We typically try to keep the gender ratio balanced, and are looking for people in a similar age range (20s/30s). Current tenants are from the US, Germany, Iran, Belgium, and India. Past tenants are from all over the world!
