3 month sublet available in a bright, spacious room in a 3BR 2BA apartment in Menlo Park. I will be housesitting for family in San Jose, so I am looking for a nice, respectful person to fill my room in the meantime.

The room comes furnished with a full size bed, desk, bedside table, and bookshelf. The apartment is shared with two women who work in healthcare and tech. Location is ideal: walking distance to downtown Menlo Park, Caltrain station, Trader Joe's, Safeway, CVS, Walgreens, and more. 20 minutes biking to Stanford, 10 minutes biking to downtown PA.

Rent is $1215, and utilities are typically $45-65. The room is available starting Dec 1 (start date is flexible if you want to move in earlier) to March 1.
