This is a 45 day sublease from Nov 17th to Dec 31st. This is a huge house in East Palo Alto and I share with 2 more housemates who have their own bedroom & bathroom.

My rooms are the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an adjoining bedroom as my office space (the office also has a bed in it).

The sublease rent is $3700 for the entire duration (45 days) and includes all utilities, internet and once a month cleaning.
