Hello Peninsula house hunters! We have a room for you!

This room becomes available on December 1st, but can be flexible for an earlier date.

The room is located in a spacious Palo Alto house with 7 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. We are currently a close group of community-oriented housemates in our mid 20s to early 30s who work in education, engineering, and technology.

Here's a little more about ourselves:

-R's Greek salad is to die for. When he doesn't have his nose in a book, he's usually off playing sand volleyball or jumping up and down at an indie concert.
-E loves competing. Ultimate Frisbee is his jam, but he also is unbeatable at spikeball. He is an Amazonian nerd who isn't afraid to speak his mind.
-L is the member of the house who defies definition and is always generating ideas for our next house event! An avid cyclist and board gamer, he spends most of his free time between the hills and the Gloomhaven world.
-T is always on an adventure. She hikes every single day! You also will probably never see her without a bowl of crunchy vegetables.
-A is the house angel. As an elementary school teacher she bring a touch of kindness and love to the house that makes it feel quite homey. When she's not wrangling 3rd graders, she's diving on the volleyball courts or shredding the slopes with R and E.
-Y is a recent East Coast transplant. She loves mountains, yoga, and pretty much anything that keeps her outdoors and away from a computer screen. When she’s not at work or at the yoga studio, you can find her baking or cozied up with a fun beach read.

Our house has a two-car garage currently filled with bikes, snowboards, surfboards, and other adventure implements, a spacious backyard with a fire pit, wood deck, and grill, and an amazing hosting kitchen / living room / dining room. We're also walking distance to a fancy grocery store, Rick's Ice Cream, and the one and only Great Clips (ok, there's more than one...). Costco is a 4 minute drive.

Additional details:

Security deposit is $1430 due on move in date (details provided during interview). Utilities and shared house supply costs shared among housemates ~$60-80/month. We share equally in house chores and all agree to keep the house clean and orderly.
