I'm looking for a new roommate (female/non-male identifying) to move in this December. Its a spacious two bedroom two bathroom in Menlo Park with a private outdoor patio, hardwood floors throughout. Its a 10-15 minute bike ride to campus or 10 min drive. You'd have the master bedroom and bathroom. The lease is for one year starting December 1, the rent is $3200 monthly + utilities (~100/month). I have a small dog (3 lb yorkie). She’s friendly, well behaved, you’d have no responsibility to care for her and she’s trained to stay out of your room and the kitchen.

I'm a 25 year old woman, 4th year PhD student in the school of sustainability. I mostly keep to myself during the week but am social and go out most weekends.
