We live in a 3bd/2bathroom apartment in the heart of downtown Palo Alto! 2 roommates are moving out, and one roommate (Bioscience PhD) will be staying in the apartment. We are looking to fill both spots!

In-unit washer/dryer, cute patio, car parking spot with lots of space on the street, amazing kitchen, very quiet neighborhood that is conveniently close to campus (15 minute bike ride or 10 minute car ride).

Two of our rooms are available for renting for a one-year lease and you would get to live with a caring, thoughtful, considerate male roommate.

Smaller room will have a shared bathroom with roommate while the larger room has its own bathroom and walk-in closet!
