We are subletting our 1br/1ba apartment in Escondido Village midrise on Stanford campus between December 10th and January 7th. The Stanford rate is 2350 per month, and we would prorate it based on the length of the sublet.

The apartment is on the 6th floor, has a large balcony and an amazing view of the Dish. It comes furnished and with all appliances. Utilities, wifi, and free laundry are included.
