I am a Stanford student who is returning to school and has an apartment ready for move-in mid-December.

The unit is in a fantastic location— two blocks off of University (7 min bike to campus, 3 min walk to Caltrain) in a quiet neighborhood. It has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry facility, and copious closet space, all fully furnished. The neighbors are all friendly (most are Stanford affiliates). The house also has a back patio and garden perfect for reading or hosting small gatherings.

Rent is by far the cheapest you’ll find in the area for a unit with this location and amenities.
