Hi There!

We live on a quiet residential street in Palo Alto in a one-story, single-family home. We have a bedroom w/shared bathroom that will be available from 1/1/2023 until 4/1/2023 (3 months), with an option to extend the lease after that (6-month leases.) The house is 2600 sq/ft on the 8000 sq/ft lot. Monthly rent is $1350 including utilities and Internet.

A little bit about us: We range in age from mid-20s through 30s. Four of us work in computer and data science and one is working on a PhD. We have a sixth room coming open, and we are looking for a new housemate! We are a pretty social bunch--we like to have occasional movie nights, fire pits, social gatherings, and we like to go out to events. We have a lovely backyard to hangout in as well. A few of us work from home, so it tends to be pretty quiet during the day and more active in the evenings. The pics are of the house when it was empty--there's quite a bit of furniture in it now, and it is very lived in, in the best of ways :).

Also, one of our housemates has a cute cat.

It is 1.5 miles from Googleplex and 5 miles from Stanford.
