One room in a 2bed/1bath apartment available as my current roommate is moving to the east coast. Available starting early January.

A little about me, I am a PhD. Student in the energy sciences engineering department, and I have an 8 year old rescue dog who is a total sweetheart and loves people. I love to cook so the kitchen has lots of gadgets, and I like to keep the apartment clean, but have a couple of robots that help me do that. I'm also very passionate about sustainability and have compost/recycling/energy saving things that I would appreciate if my roommate did too. Apartment has a patio and I have an herb garden and lots of plants. Apartment complex has a tennis court, gym, basketball court, and three pools and is just a ten minute walk to Castro street (downtown mountain view). The apartment is a 3 minute bike ride to the Mountain view Caltrain and it takes me about 25 mins from door to door from the apartment to my office on campus.

Looking for someone interested in renting longer term, at least for the full semester but ideally longer. The room currently has a bed and mattress.

Rent is $1360/month per person plus utilities which usually come out to around $150/month per person.
