• No sub-leasing or guests staying longer than 14 days.
• Cannot be used as a party house or large parties (can have regular low-key friends/family type parties periodically)
• No loud noises after 10 PM
• House should be treated as your home that you are proud of and kept in great condition.
• Any issues noticed with the house should be reported immediately.

Landlord performs:

• Inspections/work on house With advanced notice as needed / infrequently:
• Inspect house for damage.
• Perform upkeep maintenance of house to keep in in good condition.
• Provides gardener
• Performs major trimming for trees/bushes.
