- No sub-leasing or guests staying longer than 14 days.
- Cannot be used as a party house or large parties (can have regular low-key friends/family type parties periodically)
- No loud noises after 10 PM
- House should be treated as your home that you are proud of and kept in great condition.
- Any issues noticed with the house should be reported immediately.
Landlord performs:
- Inspections/work on house With advanced notice as needed / infrequently:
- Inspect house for damage.
- Perform upkeep maintenance of house to keep in in good condition.
- Provides gardener
- Performs major trimming for trees/bushes.
