Looking for someone (ideally in 20s) to move into 3br/2ba house with in-unit washer & dryer, large private backyard, and a separate workout room. House and room have tons of light, high ceilings and a beautiful/open kitchen with top end appliances. You'll also have access to storage in the garage and in the shared workout room. Hoping to sign a one-year lease, but open to something shorter. Current roommates are 2 M, both in their 20s working in tech & finance in the city: Ben Lovell and Julian Body

$2250/month - lease would be month to month

Single bedroom with shared hall bathroom

Plenty of room for a king/queen bed and full WFH desk setup, nightstands/bookshelf and a large closet big enough for lots of hanging items, shoe rack and laundry baskets.
