we're two residents at Stanford in gen surg and ortho. our work hours are typically 5am-6pm. we're looking for someone who's clean and respectful and ideally someone who has different work hours to make it easier to split bathrooms. one M one F, no gender preference, would be fine with a couple too. we may also move with our current housemate M working in tech, depending on the type of place we find and the cost.

for an additional roommate, the price ranges will be variable. for instance, if we move into the listing posted as a group of 3, the split would be 2.4 for the master and 1.8 x 2 with 3 people, or 2 and 1.3 x 3 with 4 people.
