I’m moving out of my current 1-bedroom apartment due to relocation. It’s located in Fayette Arms Apartments in Mountain View, which is very close to San Antonio Caltrain station. It’s also within walking distance to San Antonio shopping center, where Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Walmart, and move theater located. The apartment is on the top floor, quiet and comfy, and has a good view. The entrances to both the building and the parking are gated. It has a pool and a gym.

I am looking for someone to take over the lease from 12/28/22. The current rent is $2100, which is below the market price ($2355). The lease ends on 1/28/23, and you can renew it, with a maximum $42 increase because of rent control.

Short-term sublet is also welcome!
