We're offering a large, sunny master bedroom in our house in Palo Alto for winter break, just 5 minutes from California Avenue.

• available from Nov 30, 2022 until Feb 1, 2023 - dates somewhat flexible if necessary
• monthly rent for is $1960 + $100 utilities (gas, water, electricity, wifi) + $40 for cleaner (common areas and bathrooms)
• room is fully furnished and has a private bathroom + private balcony
• house has fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, a sunny porch and garden for BBQs, laundry and dryer in building
• 10 minutes from campus by bike, 5 minutes from Cal Ave, convenient grocery options (Safeway) close by
• roommates are all Stanford grad students (2 male/2 female)

We're all social, clean, and enjoy to cook or hang out (if time allows) but also love having our personal space, and would like to keep the spirit that way :)
