Hi! I'm a recent Stanford grad (23M) who is working in tech in the area. My current lease runs out in January so I am looking for 1-2 housemates to live with ideally in Mountain View, Palo Alto, or Sunnyvale. I'm open to either a house, townhouse, or an apartment.

-I believe in keeping common spaces neat and clean
-I occasionally like to host some friends (nothing rowdy!)
-I don't smoke and would prefer to live in a non-smoking household
-I like to cook so I'm hoping to find a place with a nice kitchen. Since I like cooking, I make sure the kitchen stays nice and clean
-My budget is about $1400-$1500 before utilities and I'm hoping for a private bathroom
-It would be ideal if the house/apartment had in-unit washer/dryer
-I've lived with men and women in the past so I'm open to living with anyone!
