I’ll be traveling for seven weeks this winter between Dec 20th and February 7th, so my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment will be available. It is spacious and conveniently located two blocks away from California Avenue, with many stores (grocery, shipping, hardware), cafes, and restaurants located within walking distance. It is also close to the Stanford campus (2 miles, 30 minutes walking, 10 minutes by bike, according to google maps).

Rent is 2500$ (flat rate for the whole duration, regardless of how long you actually stay), including utilities.
It is fully furnished, ideal for a single person or a couple (and pretty baby-friendly), and has all you need to cook, work, clean, and enjoy.
There is a laundry room in the building and a secured parking spot available.
Pets are not allowed in the building.
There is a security deposit of 750$ fully refunded on Feb 8th.
