SHORT TERM SUBLEASE

Hi, I’m subleasing my master bedroom in Palo Alto from Nov 28th to Jan 1st.

It is a fully furnished master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an office space. I share the house with 2 more roommates.

The rent for the sublease period is $85 / night which includes utilities, internet & cleaning. Deposit $500, to be returned by mid Jan. Open to a partial term sub-lease in which case, it will be pro-rated. Minimum stay —> 20 days.
