-all rooms have south facing windows (sunlight!)
-7 min bike to the Sunnyvale Caltrain

We are looking for a roommate to join us on the 1 year lease starting this January. It's $1500/person + utilities.

The house is meant to be for young professionals who are clean, easy-going, and respectful. (We are social so a plus if you are social as well!)

Unfortunately, no pets please.
