Hello! We're looking to fill a vacant room in our 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Redwood City.
Two roommates (30M Stanford employee + 28M school teacher).
Full bath shared with one other person but with the additional half-bath, it's a 1:1 ratio for everything but the shower!
Our lease renews on January 1st so that's our ideal move-in date for the new roommate. We'd prefer somebody more long-term but will meet with everybody!
