I'm looking to sublet my 1br apartment that is inside of a 4 apartment condo with great neighbors.
There is a really nice shared garden, with a grill and heating.
There is a Washer-Dryer in unit, a large kitchen (in addition to the living room and bedroom), and a small porch which I turned into a little office overseeing the garden.
On top of that, there is a nice Espresso machine you can use.

Looking for a minimum of 30 days during Jan-Feb.
