The vibe of the house is that we are friendly but busy individuals with independent lives. It's a quiet, non-partying, respectful home with the expectation that common areas are kept very tidy and clean. We're looking for someone that is friendly and who also appreciates and independently contributes to clean common areas and a calm, quiet atmosphere.

First and last month's rent + $500 security deposit reserves the room.
