I'm a Stanford postdoc and looking for a female roommate for this 2b1b apartment in Palo Alto. The living environment is safe and quiet.
My previous roommate will sublet her bedroom. The furniture and kitchen utensils are complete. There are two parking spaces, a large independent terrace (a good place to have a party with friends), safe and quiet. Neighbors are Stanford students and Google employees. It is a 5-minute walk from the supermarket, California Avenue, and only one road away from Stanford Escondido village. It is 9 minute bike to Trader Joe's and whole food.
You can move in at the beginning of January 2023, and the time of move-in can be negotiated. The current contract will be ended in August 2023. If you want to change your lease, please let me know one month in advance.
I'm a female, quiet and easygoing. I like maintaining rooms tidy and clean. I hope you have good habits to keep our shared spaces clean. No guests stay overnight.

價格為1700$ 一個月，水電垃圾費網費每月100$左右，1月初可入住，入住時間可協商，目前合同到2023年8月底，可與房東續合同，如果你計劃改變你的租約，請提前一個月告訴房東。
