I am looking to sublet my room in a 3-bed/1-bath 1-story lowrise apartment in EV hosung area on Stanford campus for $1261/month. It is available for the rest of the academic year (June) or until the end of the summer quarter (August). It is close to the package center and laundry. My room is spacious and is also the largest in the apartment. It comes furnished with a bed, dresser, bookshelf, bedside table, desk, and minifridge. There is also an outdoor patio attached to the apartment. The occupants of the other 2 rooms are female Stanford students.
