We are looking for two roommates to share our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Los Altos. The house is located just a 15 minute bike ride from the Stanford main quad, accessible via an isolated bike path with no cars. The neighborhood is quiet and has a lot of nearby restaurants. It is 10 minutes by foot from the San Antonio shopping center and about a 15 minute walk from several supermarkets (Trader Joe's, Walmart, Bevmo, and Whole Foods).

The house features a big backyard, two living rooms with two fireplaces, a big kitchen, a wash room with a washer and dryer, and a big garage with space for at least 2 cars, bikes, and more. Some existing furniture is also up for sale so please feel free to browse through some of the images for any desired furniture.

We have two rooms available for rent. One of the rooms has a private bathroom and goes for $1800 per month, while the other room, which shares a bathroom, goes for $1500 per month. We are looking for roommates who are a good fit for the house, and who are available to move in at the end of January (exact date is negotiable) until the end of August, or potentially longer.

A bit about us: we work in Stanford and we are looking to replace our existing roommates who are moving out at the start of 2023. We are very chill and easy going people who like to go out on weekends and work hard during the week. We often go hiking and surfing on weekends or go up to San Francisco for a night out.
