I’m subletting my furnished room approximately Jan10- March20 (start and end dates flexible). Room has queen sized bed, working desk with a monitor and a closet. You’ll be enjoying views of Golden Gate park, the bridge and the ocean in the distance night and day from your bed! ;)

The house itself is huge, 3 stories, 3.5 bathrooms, in-unit laundry and drier, common kitchen, living room, dining room. The highlights are the upstairs patio with stunning views as well as the large backyard with firepit, perfect for barbecues and other social gatherings. You’ll have 4 roommates, super friendly, sociable and chill in their 20s/early 30s who are a mix of grad students and young professionals.

Location is Cole Valley/Inner Sunset. Driving to Stanford takes about 45min, commuting time is approximately twice as much but it’s convenient as N tramstop which takes you directly to Caltrain is just 2min away walking!
