We are subletting our furnished, 1bed/1bath apartment in the McFarland Midrise in Escondido village for the summer of 2023. The apartment is available from 6/10 to 8/20. Rent is $2,328/month. Rent and dates can be negotiable.

The apartment is on the fifth floor and is light-filled, and the balcony offers excellent views of the Bay and Mission Peak. It is also within easy walking distance of the Stanford main campus.
