• Right across the street from Santa Clara Caltrain Station (taking Caltrain to Stanford is probably more comfortable than the bus)
• 1150 sq. ft, 2 bed 2 bath (we each get a bedroom, bathroom, and half the shelfspace/fridge/countertop/storage)
• 15 ft ceilings with huge windows and patio
• Plank flooring throughout the unit

• Other nice details include: smart air-conditioning, soft-closing cabinets, keyless entry, etc.
