I am a healthcare worker looking for one or two roommates to move into a house (1,250 square ft) in Redwood City (4 miles from Stanford) end of February/March 1st.
Includes: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer, full kitchen with new appliances (microwave, gas oven, fridge, island table), giant back yard, parking, big windows and a skylight for natural light, AC and heat.
Beautiful unfurnished home with recently remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, paint, and new hardwood floor throughout the house.
Location: Quiet neighborhood near Redwood City shopping, restaurants, and Caltrain.
With a third roommate, cost will be $1600 per person.
Electricity, gas, and water are not included in the rent price.
