Rent is $1204.03 per month + utilities (internet, gas, electricity). Water and garbage are included in the rent. Deposit is $1250. Lease ends Sept 8, 2023 with option to renew.

Room:
Room is UNFURNISHED, 9 x 14.75 sq feet, with two windows and one large glass panel, facing east for the morning sun, overlooking the private garden/patio. Windows all come with retractable blinds. Ample storage in the built-in closet. Can comfortably fit a queen size bed and a large workstation.

House:
This is a 4 bed 2 bath house on a quiet street. Newly renovated and we were the first one to move in post renovations this year. You will be sharing this spacious house with 3 other female roommates. Amenities include a spacious and modern kitchen with an island, spacious living room, in-unit washer/dryer, a furnished patio/garden, parking spots and a garage. Kitchen and living room are FURNISHED.

Vibes:
We often have interactions in the commons or do things together outside of the house. Some nights we host board-game nights, occasionally dinner parties with friends. We share weekly chores and keep the house neat and very clean.
