This place comes with shared living room, kitchen and laundry unit. We are a couple who work for high-tech company and Stanford. Our place is a quiet, non-partying, non-smoking, non-pets, independent with the expectation that common areas are kept very tidy and clean. We're looking for someone who also appreciates and independently contributes to clean common areas and will not have overnight guests and won't host party.
This place will be available from Feb 1 2023.
Sublease period at least 6 months。
Rent is $1500 per month including utility and one-month rent for security deposit.
